Greetings Explorers! 

The Universal Council has been following discussions around the main storyline with great interest and has been watching how more and more members of the community get involved in storyline development, as well as trying to find their own place in the PlanetQuest universe, where ⌨║pq-character-sheets and the General Character Archive are regularly updated with amazing characters and their stories created by you. With all of this in mind, we're running a weekly stories contest to which participants can submit their characters’ adventures within the main storyline. The story you create must revolve around or be closely related to the weekly narrative that is voted on by the community in the story section of the PQ server.

1. Come up with a short story in which you can use a character you've already created ( ⌨║pq-character-sheets and General Character Archive ) or make up a new story within recent events in the main storyline 🌌║story .

2. Your story can be published after the final weekly story is released (starting at 15:00 UTC Friday and ending at 19:00 UTC Sunday). As mentioned earlier, the storyline you create must run at the same time with the main story. Remember - the earlier you post your story, the more people will have time to read it!

3. Publish your contest works in a specially created thread of the current week in the weekly-character-stories section (no channel, but will be), and all related discussions can be held in the Contest Questions.

4. Participants who will try to influence the voting in any way by begging, spamming, or buying votes will receive a direct reprimand and will be disqualified from the contest.

5. The winners of the contest will be determined by a vote of the entire community (only 👍 are counted). Voting begins when the first story is published and ends on Tuesday at 19:00 UTC (two days after the submission deadline). Results will be announced in the same story section immediately after voting ends.

6. The use of obscene words, xenophobic, sexist or any other form of toxic language is strictly prohibited. Also, the inclusion of any links and hidden or visible promotions of any kind is not allowed.

7. The maximum number of words is 500, minimum - 250.
